Screw machine equipment start use steps

Screw machine by screw feeding system automatic manipulator. Blow the screw under the batch nozzle with compressed air, position it to the specified coordinates, complete the automatic screw locking work with the electric batch. The double Y-axis platform is used for automatic alternating operation. This machine can work continuously. When an artifact on one workbench is locked, the artifact on the other workbench can be loaded, thus saving time to pick up drop the product. The following actions are required to start:

1. Turn on the air source power

2. Turn on the power of the coordinate machine the screw machine, wait for the coordinate machine to start reset. After startup, check that the parameters of the product to be locked are correct. Note: After pressing the emergency stop button, the machine will reset automatically. After entering the system, an alarm message will be displayed on the touch screen.

3. Check whether the nail delivery is smooth before starting, manually click the nail delivery.

4. Click [Reset] on the touch screen press the mechanical reset button to return the system to its original point, then "semi-automatic" operation mode

5. After completing the above work, put the product into the fixture on the mobile platform, press the start button on the left side of the front panel of the coordinate machine, run at the left station; press the start button on the right side, run at the right station; the running status is displayed at the bottom of the touch screen
